Gosnell Fire Department
Fire Safety Tips
Ensure your home and family are safe in the event of a fire. Practice these safety tips with all members of your family. In case of emergencies, dial 911 and the Gosnell Fire Department will dispatch to your location immediately.
- Install smoke alarms on every level of your home, inside bedrooms and outside sleeping areas.
- Test smoke alarms every month. If they’re not working, immediately change the batteries.
- Talk with all family members about a fire escape plan, and practice your fire escape plan twice a year.
- Most importantly, if a fire occurs, GET OUT, STAY OUT, and CALL FOR HELP. Never go back inside for anything or anyone.
